Second step is cut off the wire and welding.

After drawing, we need to straighten & Cut off the wire to certain size by machine. Then put the straight wire into the auto welding machine, the welding machine will start welding wire together to panel.

Then surface treatment process.

The common surface treatment of the Welded Wire Mesh Panel is Hot dipped galvanizing after welding, electric galvanizing + polyester powder coated, Electric galvanizing + PVC Coated.

Some clients request galfan wire, which is coated by zinc (95%) and aluminum (5%) alloy material. This kind of galfan Welded Mesh Panel do not need any surface treatment but can stopping the Welded Mesh Panels from rusty.

The last step is packing.

After all the Welded Mesh Sheets done, we will put certain panels on a steel pallet and tie them with steel belt. Of course, there will be a carton board between the belt and panels to protect the surface of the panels. Then wrapped with plastic film in the end to prevent raining or water going into the pallet.
