Technology:

1. Zinc steel balcony guardrail technology: non-welded connection, cross-vertical insertion assembly. Compared with the traditional iron guardrail, the installation is faster and the appearance is more beautiful.

2. The base material of zinc steel balcony guardrail is composed of six layers.

(1) Base steel: base material, hardness value is 159 DPN;

(2) Zinc Steel Alloy Layer: A dense alloy layer closest to the substrate, with complex structure and strong corrosion resistance, exists in the combination of FeZn7 and FeZn13, with a hardness of 211DPN and a Fe content of 7%-11%.

(3) Delta layer: remarkable monoclinic columnar structure with 6% Fe content, non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, hardness value of 179 DPN;

(4) Eta layer: dense hexagonal crystal system, deformation processing is not easy to crack, zinc purity 98.5%, hardness value 70 DPN;

(5) High zinc phosphating layer: It has good corrosion resistance and enhances the adhesion between coating and substrate;

(6) High temperature curing layer: excellent anti-corrosion and anti-impact properties, excellent anti-ultraviolet, anti-oxidation and surface self-cleaning properties, color change rate of less than 5% in 15 years.
